If choosing to have a roommate assigned, you understand that there are inherent risks in asking to be assigned a roommate and that TSW and singlestravelgetaways.com are not responsible for any disputes between roommates, resulting from a passenger snoring, or creating any other disturbance and any dispute between roommates shall be resolved amongst themselves.  The trip leader will make every effort to assist in such resolution, but in the end it is the responsibility of the two passengers to settle their own differences and by choosing to have a roommate assigned, you agree that TSW or STG with not be responsible for any unresolved dispute between roommates.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURES:


After completing the above form and then clicking the “Reserve a spot for me” button at the bottom of this page, your reservation will be submitted online and you will receive an email confirmation from our office within 2 business days. (and if you indicated that your preferred method of contact is by phone, you will also receive a phone confirmation within 2 business days)

Deposits, balance payments and cancelations

All reservations require a deposit within 7 days of submitting your reservation.  Active trips require a $300 deposit.  All other trips require just a $250 deposit.  (Except our Crystal Cruises, where the deposit amount is 20% of the cruise cost)

All deposits can be made using a credit card online through our secure paypal server, or by phone using a credit card or by check via the mail.

Deposits made online at the same time as your reservation form is submitted, or within 48 hours of your email confirmation being sent to you will receive a $25 discount off the trip cost, which will be deducted when the balance payment invoices are emailed for your trip, approx. 10 days before the due date listed on the trip itinerary.

To make your deposit via our secure paypal server and receive your $25 discount off the trip cost, simply follow the prompts on the paypal deposit screen after submitting your reservation .

ALL DEPOSITS SUBMITTED VIA OUR SECURE PAYPAL SERVER WILL RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM PAYPAL SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR DEPOSIT FROM OUR OFFICE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR SUBMITTING THE DEPOSIT.    DEPOSITS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE UNTIL THE DATE LISTED ON THE TRIP ITINERARY PAGE, SO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE $25 DISCOUNT OFF YOUR TRIP’S BALANCE PAYMENT BY MAKING YOUR TRIP DEPOSIT USING OUR SECURE PAYPAL SERVER.

Balance payment procedures:

The balance payment on all trips is listed on the trip itinerary. 

Approx. 10 days before that due date, all passengers on that trip will receive an email invoice for the balance payment due.  This serves as a reminder of your balance due amount and due date.  It will also list the mailing address for passengers wishing to make their balance payment by check and it will list the phone number to call for passengers wishing to make their balance payment by phone and a link for passengers wishing to make their balance payment online via paypal.

Cancelations

Cancelation terms vary between trips and the specific cancel policy for each trip is always stated at the bottom of the trip itinerary.

Hotels and itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, political strife, etc.  In the unlikely event a hotel must be changed, a hotel of equal or greater rating will be substituted for the group's stay.
